Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 425
Step 2
Chop broccoli, onion, cauliflower and carrot.
Step 3
Place all shopped veggies in a large bowl and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic
Step 4
Roast (first, carrots. roast 15 minutes, then add cauliflower and broccoli, and onions and roast for another 30 minutes)
Step 5
Drizzle olive oil in a medium pan on medium heat
Step 6
Place the ground chicken in the medium sized pan. Season with stubbs. Break apart as cooking.
