Cube all meat and lard

Dice onions very small
Step 3
Mix together
Step 4
Store in fridge 24-48 hours

Cube potatoes
Step 6
Soak cubed potatoes in salted water for 2 hours then drain

Combine meat and potatoes
Step 8
Place mixture into a deep, heavy dish with a cover, lined with pie dough
Step 9
Seal top with more pie dough and pinch sides
Step 10
Fill with bouillon (through a hole on top of pie dough)
Step 11
Cook 2 hours at 350f, then 5 hours+ at 250f
