Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Cook the ground beef until it’s browned, around 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Drain any grease from the skillet.
Step 5
Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 water to the skillet and stir to combine all of the ingredients.
Step 6
Cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove the skillet from the stove.
Step 7
Roll out the crescent rolls on a piece of parchment paper.
Step 8
Add a spoonful of the taco seasoned beef mixture about an inch from the top of each crescent roll dough triangle.
Step 9
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the ground beef.
Step 10
Starting at the top of the crescent roll dough, roll the dough over the beef and cheese, and continue rolling up tightly.
Step 11
Fold any excess dough on the side over the top of the crescent roll.
Step 12
Transfer the taco crescent rolls to a baking sheet.
Step 13
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 14
Remove from the oven and serve with toppings like sour cream and diced green onions, if you'd like.
