Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet cook ground beef fully and season according to taco seasoning packet. Mix in 1 cup of shredded cheese until melted.



Step 2
On a circular baking sheet arange crescent rolls in a circle with thicker section towards the center, and thinner section towards the outside of the pan.

Step 3
Fill crescent ring with ground beef and top with cheese. Fold thin outer edges of dough into middle to cover the ground beef.



Step 4
In a bowl beat one egg and brush over the top of the crescent dough.

Step 5
Place in oven at 375 for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Serve with salsa and guac inside the center of the ring.
