Instructions
Step 1
Start with flour in mixing bowl

Add all dry ingredients to flour
Step 3
Whisk dry ingredients
Step 4
Add water and oil
Step 5
Mix until smooth consistency

Let sit in loosely covered bowl to rise for 2 hours

Make orange (grapefruit for breadsticks) sized balls by tucking under and inward while rotating the ball

Put balls in container or on cookie sheet covered to rise at leas half hour before tossing
Step 9
Preheat oven at highest roast temperature and best to have stone to slide pizza on while it heats
Step 10
Flatten ball on floured surface by flattening the outside first and working inward
Step 11
For breadsticks, don't toss
Step 12
For pizza, pick up with fists and rotate to let dough stretch
Step 13
Place on floured pizza peel to slide into oven
