Step 1
Mix oats, honey, butter and water together let the oats soften.
Step 2
Once it's cool add in everything else. It's usually too sticky for any kneading or stretch and foods. I let it sit for a few hours or overnight. Then I knead it a bit then shape for my loaf pan. It raises an hour or two then I score it as the oven gets hot. 375° bake for 40-45 minutes.
