2 cupsflour

1 cupself-raising flour

1 cupdesiccated coconut

2 cupsbrown sugar

3 cupsrolled oats

2eggs

300gbutter
melted
Filling

200gbutter

2 x 400gtin sweetened condensed milk

4 Tbspgolden syrup

1 tspvanilla
½ cupdark white chocolate melts
Instructions
Step 1
Line 25x35cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper, making sure paper has overhang.
Step 2
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add the eggs and the melted butter, mixing well. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the tin.
Filling
Step 3
Gently melt the butter, condensed milk and golden syrup together. Mix until well blended, and then add the vanilla. Pour over the base and sprinkle the remaining crumbly mixture on top.
Step 4
Bake for 30 min at 180°C. Cool in the tin and refrigerate. To get beautiful slices its best to leave it until the next day to cut it. If decorating, drizzle with melted dark and white chocolate before serving.
