Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in bag and toss, refrigerate for minimum of 2 hrs
Preheat grill to medium-high and spray with cooking spray
Skewer shrimp 4-5 per skewer
Place skewers on grill and cook 1.5-2min then flip and repeat, cover to keep warm while make dip
In food processor combine remaining ingredients and slat/pepper to taste
Squeeze lime juice over shrimp and serve with dip
