Cottage Cheese Flatbread

3 steps
Prep:5minCook:30min
Is cottage cheese still having its moment in the sun? I hope so, because this gluten and grain free bread is high in protein, low in carbs, and dead simple to make. Just blend together cottage cheese and eggs, spread on a cookie sheet, and bake. This flatbread makes a great base for a healthy wrap or pizza
