Cherry Crumble Cake

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150 °C

Step 2

Beat 7 egg whites until stiff and set aside

Step 3

Cream 250 g butter with 200 g sugar and 7 egg yolks until fluffy

Step 4

Mix 160 g ground almonds, 2-3 ribs liquid chocolate and cinnamon

Step 5

Carefully fold in the snow and 240 g of breadcrumbs alternately

Step 6

Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin

Step 7

Top with compote cherries

Step 8

Bake in a preheated oven on the lowest shelf at 150 °C for 1 hour.

After cooling, dust with powdered sugar
