Preheat the oven to 150 °C

Beat 7 egg whites until stiff and set aside

Mix 160 g ground almonds, 2-3 ribs liquid chocolate and cinnamon

Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin

Top with compote cherries
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven on the lowest shelf at 150 °C for 1 hour.

After cooling, dust with powdered sugar
