Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken fillets to boil, add salt and some spices as desired.

Step 2
While chicken is boiling, grate cheese and processed cheese in bowl

Step 3
Cut tomato and cucumber on little cubes, add to grated cheese. You can also add cut dill and parsley as desired


Step 4
Add Greek yogurt or sour cream to the bowl with cheese and vegetable, mix it.


Step 5
When chicken is boiled, let it cool down before cutting in little pieces. You can also tear it on small pieces by your hands

Step 6
Add cut chicken to the bowl, mix it. Add salt if it needed.


Step 7
Cut lavash or rectangle pita in vertical stripes.

Step 8
Put filling on the one side and start wrapping lavash around it forming triangles

Step 9
You can serve it like that, or slightly fry on pan, in microwave etc. Bon appetite!
