Step 1
Heat over to 425
Step 2
Melt butter; add flour, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook until smooth and bubbly.
Step 3
Remove from heat. Stir in broth and cream.
Step 4
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Step 6
Stir in chicken and veggies.
Step 7
Pour into pastry lined pan, cover with other pastry.
Step 8
Cook for 35-40 minutes.
