Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, these air fryer hot dogs are quick, nostalgic, and ridiculously easy. No need to fire up the grill or dirty a pan. Just pop them in, warm the buns, and you’ve got a speedy lunch or easy crowd-pleaser in just 20 minutes.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pork sausages to the basket in a single layer on top of the sliced brown onions.
Step 3
Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until heated through and slightly crisp on the outside. The larger the sausage the longer they take.
Step 4
If you like warm buns, pop them into the basket (with or without the sausages) for the last 1–2 minutes. Lightly butter the insides if you want a toasty finish.
Step 5
Assemble: pop the sausages into the buns, load up with the fried onions and other toppings, and serve straight away.
