Instructions

Step 1
Slice the kielbasa into coins, dice the peppers and onions. Keep the peppers and onions larger to cook at the same rate as the kielbasa.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to the air fryer basket and mix together. (If your basket is smaller, cook in 2 batches or use one package of kielbasa instead of 2 packages)
Step 3
Air fry at 400°F for 10-13 minutes (I like my kielbasa crispy so 13 minutes is good for me. Cook less if you don’t like crispy kielbasa)
Step 4
Serve over rice.
