Instructions
Step 1
Air fry or oven broil the bones for 8 minutes
Step 2
Add all the spices and vegetables to a pot
Step 3
Add in instant pot for 2hours, it will roughly take half hour to come to pressure and once finished let it naturally release pressure for half hour then quick release to remove the remaining pressure
Step 4
Use a large strainer to remove all bones
Step 5
Store in fridge for 4 days or in the freezer for upto two months
