Instructions
Step 1
Warm the tortilla slightly in a pan or microwave.
Step 2
Spread the protein chocolate/PB2 mixture evenly across the tortilla.
Step 3
Add thinly sliced fruit in a line across the center.
Step 4
Mix Greek yogurt with sweetener + optional vanilla/cinnamon to make a light “whipped” topping.
Step 5
Roll the tortilla tightly like sushi and slice into 5–6 pieces.
