Heat oven to 325 F.

Mix together the dry ingredients (oat flour, self-rising flour, granulated stevia, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).

Step 3
Add in wet ingredients (egg, Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, skim milk, lime zest, lime juice). Mix well.

Step 4
Transfer batter to a piping bag. Pipe batter into silicone donut molds. Makes 9 large donuts or 18 small donuts.
Step 5
Bake at 325. Small donuts bake for 8-10 minutes, Large donuts bake 12-15 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean/dry. Let cool.

Step 6
Make the glaze from the remaining confectioner's (powdered) stevia and lime juice. Mix together and heat for 15-20 seconds in microwave to get desired consistency. Drizzle over donuts as desired.
