Step 1: Prepare a 12 hole muffin tray, use paper cases if you wish. I’ve used a 12 hole silicone tray I got on Amazon. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave or in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Step 2: Mix in the peanut butter, if the peanut butter is lumpy warm it for a further 30 seconds in the microwave. Step 3: Fold in the rice krispies and oats Step 4: Scoop into the muffin tray. Step 5: Set in the fridge for 1 hour. Keep them in an airtight container for 2-3 days. They freeze great in ziplock bags, remove all air, freeze for 3 months.
