Step 1
1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, one egg, chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.

2. Soak rice paper sheets briefly in water to soften.

3. Place the meat mixture on one half of the rice paper, then fold the other half over to seal.

4. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6. Bake at 180–200°C (355–390°F) for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
