Banana Bread
- for the egg substitute, I recommend using flaxseed but apple sauce will work just the same
- if you're doing both walnuts and chocolate chips, do ¼ cup walnuts and ¼ cup chocolate chips (or measure with your heart)

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease your loaf pan. Mash your bananas till you have small chunks.
Step 2
Add your sugar, butter, 'eggs' and vanilla, mix together with your bananas till incorporated.
Step 3
Add your dry ingredients in and fold in your walnuts/chocolate chips
Step 4
Bake for 50-60 minutes till tooth pick comes out clean and top has become a dark golden color.
