Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.

Pour batter into a lined 6-inch baking dish.

Bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center still has a slight jiggle.

Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight — overnight is best for a firmer center and richer texture!
