Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a large sheet pan or 9x13 baking dish.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix both boxes of stuffing with 2 cups of chicken broth. Let sit to absorb.
Step 3
In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
Step 4
Place chicken breasts on the sheet pan. Season both sides lightly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Step 5
Spread the soup and cheese mixture over each chicken breast evenly.
Step 6
Spoon the stuffing mixture around and on top of the chicken.
Step 7
Drizzle with a bit of olive oil or melted butter if desired.
Step 8
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes until stuffing is golden and chicken is cooked through.
