Instructions
Step 1
Season potatoes and bake in air fryer at 180C for 20mins.
Step 2
Chop onion and tomatoes and fry until soft. Add garlic and fry. Add splash of water if needed. Season and add nduja. Stir until mixture is soft, adding water as needed. Blend sauce. Add chickpeas and set aside
Step 3
Bake seasoned hake in air fryer for 14 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with fresh basil and a sprinkle of black pepper and olive oil
