Instructions

Step 1
Finely slice the onion and saute in the olive oil for 10 minutes. Don't let it pick up colour
Step 2
Add the 'Nduja and cook until the fat comes out.
Step 3
Dice the tomatoes and peppers, mince the garlic and add it all to the pan with the spices.
Step 4
Add the wine and reduce by 2/3
Step 5
Add the chicken stock and reduce by half
Step 6
Add the beans and cook until the water is gone and you have a rich stew
Step 7
Add the prawns and cook until done
Step 8
Lightly toast the bread and serve.
