BBQ pulled chicken with coleslaw

If you want a delicious and easy meal to feed the family this is it, I made this in under 30 minutes yesterday after coming home from running errands and grocery shopping. This BBQ pulled chicken recipe is so easy all you’ll need is a rotisserie chicken shred it add the bbq sauce of your choice and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Top it with the delicious slaw and Enjoy!!!

shred the chicken

In a skilled melt 2 tablespoons of butter add in the BBQ sauce of your choice, the shredded chicken, mix and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
for the slaw in a bowl mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper and give it a good mix. Then add in the vegetables and mix again.
Step 4
toast your buns, make your sandwich first the chicken then the slaw and enjoy!!
