Instructions
Step 1
Add chopped garlic, olive oil and green beans (and onion if desired) to pan on medium heat and stir.
Step 2
Let green beans cook for about 8-10 minutes to tender and stir occasionally with the top on. Do not let burn. Lower heat if needed.
Step 3
Add mushrooms, stirring occasionally with lid on until desired texture or 8 minutes. A small amount of liquid is fine, it'll get soaked up by the bread crumbs.
Step 4
Once green beans and mushrooms are cooked to desired texture, add salt, pepper, garlic powder to your flavor.
Step 5
Once flavor is good, sprinkle about 1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs and a sprinkle of cheese to soak up any excess liquid and flavor is good.
