Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken breast on a cutting board, cover with a piece of plastic wrap and pound them down to an even thickness.
Step 2
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes.
Step 3
While the air fryer is pre-heating. Add the chicken breasts to a bowl then sprinkle the olive oil over them. Flipping the breasts to fully coat them in the oil.
Step 4
Combine the salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano and onion powder in a small container. Mix all the spices together, then lightly sprinkle the spice mix on each side of the breasts. Continue flipping and sprinkling the breasts until their is no spice mix left.
Step 5
Place a pre-cut parchment paper insert into the fryer basket

Add chicken to air fryer basket
Step 7
Air fry for 10 minutes. Check temperature of chicken. If the temperature is at 160°C, they are done. If more cooking is required, flip the chicken breasts over and cook for another 5 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°C, flipping every 5 minutes.
Step 8
Remove chicken from air fryer and lest rest covered with a sheet of aluminum foil for 10 minutes before cutting, or serving whole.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
