Step 1
Preheat oven to 475
Step 2
Grease cast iron skillet with butter flavored shortening
Step 3
Once oven is preheated, place cast iron skillet on pizza stone in oven for 10 minutes
Step 4
Soften/melt butter. It should be partially liquid, partially solid
Step 5
Combine ingredients except for butter
Step 6
Add butter to mixture
Step 7
Remove skillet from oven
Step 8
Drop oven temp to 400°
Step 9
Add mixture to skillet
Step 10
Cook on pizza stone for 25 minutes
Step 11
Move to top rack and broil as needed
Step 12
Remove from oven, remove from skillet, cut into 8 slices
