Step 1
Chop the hazelnuts and slice the banana.
Step 2
Cut off the edges of the toast and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Spread on the chocolate spread on the bottom half leaving a 0,5cm margin.

Sprinkle on the hazelnuts and place the banana slices on top.
Step 5
Spread on the white chocolate spread on the upper half leaving a 0,5cm margin.
Step 6
Place the other slice on top and press the 2 slices together with a fork.
Step 7
Whisk the egg in a flat plate.
Step 8
To another flat plate add the panko.
Step 9
Soak the toast in the egg and then in panko.
Step 10
Heat the oil in a small pot. Place the toast inside and fry for about 1,5-2min on each side until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy!
