Classic Fruit Salad

If something is easy to make, quick to prepare and always failure proof, it's a fruit salad. You can hardly go wrong when combining freshly sliced or chopped fruit with a simple dressing.

Ingredients
2 servings

½ cuppineapple
peeled and cut in bite-sized pieces

½ cupblueberries

½ cupkiwis
peeled and cut in bite-sized pieces

½ cupstrawberries
cut in bite-sized pieces

½ cupcantaloupe
peeled and cut in bite-sized pieces

1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar

1 teaspoonhoney

1 teaspoondijon mustard

3 tablespoonoil
avocado or olive

salt

Instructions
Step 1
Wash your fruit, when applicable. Like strawberries, blueberries. Obviously, you don’t need to wash the kiwi, cantaloupe and pineapple as you will peel those first.
Step 2
Make sure you dry the washed fruit as you don’t want water to dilute your fruit bowl.
Step 3
Cut all fruit in bite-sized piece. That can be quarters or slivers, all depending on the type of fruit. Blueberries don’t need to be cut at all.
Step 4
Place all fruits in a large bowl.
Step 5
Make the dressing by mixing apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, oil and salt & pepper.
Step 6
Add dressing to the bowl of fruit and mix.
Step 7
Serve fruit salad and ENJOY!
