Maple Peanut Butter Granola Bites
5 steps
Prep:10minCook:20min
This is a quick and easy snack I whip up for myself whenever I'm craving something sweet and crunchy but nutritious. It's a versatile recipe, too! Make it even more nutritious by adding dried fruits, seeds, or nuts! This recipe makes approximately 15 granola bites (about a tablespoon per cluster).

Step 1
Mix the melted butter, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl until smooth

Step 2
Slowly sprinkle in the oats, mixing well as you go.

Step 4
Bake granola bites in the oven for 15-20 minutes, checking on them after 15 minutes and every 5 minutes after until oats are browned.
