Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
Step 2

Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Step 3

Add the eggs and mix well.
Step 4

Add the flour, protein powder, chocolate chips, and baking powder. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
Step 5
Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour the batter into the tin.
Step 6

Bake for 35 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Step 7

Let it cool slightly and slice into 3 portions.
Step 8
Optionally, serve with a spoonful of quark, some peanut butter, and a few raspberries.
