Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Stir in eggs, melted oil/butter, honey, and vanilla.
Step 3
Add oats, flour, flaxseed, baking soda, cinnamon, and brewer’s yeast if using.
Step 4
Mix until just combined (don’t overmix). Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
Step 5
Pour into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
Step 6
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Step 7
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
