Smashed Potato Chicken Caesar Salad

Instructions

Step 1
Boil the new potatoes until tender, smash with the bottom of a glass, spray with oil and season with salt, pepper, roast seasoning and 1 tsp paprika.
Step 2
Air fry on 395 F for 14 mins, flipping half way. For the last 4 mins cook on 400 F.
Step 3
Tenderize the chicken breast then season with salt, pepper, 1 tsp paprika, mixed herbs and garlic granules and fry in a pan with oil spray until cooked then slice.
Step 4
Mix everything together and enjoy!
