Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a muffin pan.

2. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth.

3. Add white sugar, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla, and mix until combined.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir just until combined (don’t overmix).

6. Fold in any optional add-ins (nuts, chocolate, etc.).
