Sauteed Mushrooms with Shallot & Lemon Juice

A magic flavor comes from sauteed mushrooms with finely chopped shallot and a finish of a little bit of lemon juice. This side dish does not need a lot of additions to be perfect, what it does need is protection. Protection from being eaten straight out of the pan.

Instructions
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms.
Step 2
Heat butter and oil to a skillet and cook until golden over medium heat. Transfer finely chopped shallot to the skillet and cook until translucent.
Step 3
Add mushroom slices and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Stir regularly and see mushrooms turn golden brown and tender.
Step 4
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and cook and stir for 1 minute.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy.
