Instructions
Step 1
Combine 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/3 cup nut butter of choice, 3 tbsp non dairy milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Step 2
Add 2/3 cup oat flour and 1/4 tsp salt.
Step 3
Fold in ¼ cup chocolate chips of choice.
Step 4
Roll into 1.5 inch balls and set aside.
Step 5
-Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil.
Step 6
Spread 1/2 into the bottom of a silicone cupcake holder.
Step 7
Press Cookie Dough bites into the chocolate.
Step 8
Freeze until set.
Step 9
Top with remaining melted chocolate. Freeze until set.
