Instructions
Step 1
Boil and mash potatoes until soft.
Step 2
Add cheese, saving a small amount to go on top of the pie at the end.
Step 3
Lay the pastry in a suitable dish, and bake until pale brown.
Step 4
Remove oven and add mash/cheese mix. Adding the remaining cheese on the top of the pie.
Step 5
Baked until cheese and pastry are golden brown.
