A lip puckering lemon icebox pie!
Just a heads up…. Your going to need a Mercer (a citrus grader). If you don’t have one there are alternatives methods. And please watch your fingers and make sure you don’t get much if any of the white pith as possible.
1.) A grader that has VERY fine-holed side, 2.) A cheese grader using very shallow swipes across, 3.) A vegetable peeler (after peeling finely chop the peel what a knife, 4.) A fork. Run the tines gently across the peel only removing the skin without the pith.

Instructions
Step 1
Add Jell-O to boiling water, then stir in the lemon zest, juice and salt.




Step 2
Allow to cool in a refrigerator.
Step 3
Whip together the heavy cream and lemonade powder. Fold in the sour cream then the lemon tincture.
Step 4
Pour into to graham crust pie shells and refrigerate over night.
