Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. Make sure your pie crust is thawed (if frozen) and pliable (you’ll roll it out after making the filling).
Step 2
Rinse fruit and slice nectarines thinly. Place blueberries and nectarines in bowl.
Step 3
Add vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, lemon juice, and sugar to fruit bowl and make sure they’re evenly coated. Add flour to thicken it up some.
Step 4
Roll out pie crust dough to be a foot wide, it’s okay if the edges aren’t perfect. Place on parchment lined sheet pan. Dump fruit filling in the middle, leaving 2 inches of space from the edge. Then fold the remaining crust inwards to partially cover the fruit.
Step 5
Egg wash the crust and then Bake for 30-40 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown
