🌿 Tangy Herb Oil with Lemon, Garlic & Aleppo
Ingredients:
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Zest & Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, grated or very finely minced
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp Aleppo pepper (adjust to taste)
½ tsp kosher salt
Optional: ½ tsp Dijon mustard (for added flavor depth)
Mix everything together and let it marinate at room temp for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to bloom!
