Instructions
Step 1
Add brother to large pot. Add chicken. Fill with water till chicken is covered
Step 2
Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour
Step 3
Remove chicken from pot. Allow to cool and shred
Step 4
In a bowl combine butter, flour and one cup of broth from pot
Step 5
Roll and cut dumplings and allow to air dry on Parchment paper. (Several hours)
Step 6
Return water in pot to boil. Add parsley and salt/pepper to taste
Step 7
Add chicken and dumplings and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove from heat and enjoy.
