Instructions
Step 1
Chop the rhubarb into 2cm chunks and combine with caster sugar, salt and vanilla. Bake at 180c for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the sugar and flour and rub the butter into the mix until the texture resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Spread the mixture on top of the rhubarb and bake for 35-45 minutes until the top of the crumble is golden.
Step 4
Serve with the double cream and a cup of tea.
