Have you ever wondered how to make the perfect brownies?
All these recipes have never really worked for you?
Some of them turned out to be too fudgy or too cakey? Dry?
This recipe is for you!
I've spent a lot of time trying to make the best brownies, combining recipes and using imagination. Eventually, my dream came true.
These brownies are soft, fudge, wet but at the same time not raw.

Ingredients
8 servings
85gbutter
can be a bit more but I did this amount
½ cupsugar
or erythritol, you can use less sugar, depending on your preferences
2eggs
60gyogurt
i used greek but it doesn't matter at all
100mlsoya milk
any kind will be great
vanilla extract
2 pinchedsalt
1 spoonbaking powder
60gcocoa powder
I used hot chocolate powder
chocolate chips
optional
90gflour
Instructions
Step 1
Start by whisking butter with sugar, then add all of the wet ingredients. Remember to turn on the oven to heat up and set the temperature to 180'C Mix together until smooth. Add dry ingredients like salt, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix. Add flour. Chop up 1/3 of a bar of chocolate or just add chocolate chips and gently stir. Pour the batter into the prepared cake mould. Bake 15mins at 180'C Wait to cool down, sprinkle a bit of salt on top and enjoy! :D
