Instructions
Step 1
Place shrimp in mixing bowl, pat dry.
Step 2
Add garlic, cilantro, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and 1 Tbs olive oil. Stir to combine
Step 3
Heat heavy skillet.with 1 Tbs olive oil. Saute shrimp about 2 min per side.
Step 4
Mashed avocado with salt and lime juice. Divide over cucumber slices, add shrimp, drizzle with lime juice.
