Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Step 2
Peel and cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Boil until fork tender, then mash with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Crush crispy shallots into a fine crumb.

Toss broccoli florets with garlic salt and oil, roast until golden-brown.

Mix pork, Dijon mustard, remaining garlic salt, remaining panko, and mashed potatoes. Form into patties.

Coat patties in panko-shallot mixture. Bake until cooked through.
Step 7
Make gravy by whisking flour into melted butter, adding water, broth concentrate, and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 8
Serve croquettes with mash and broccoli, spooning gravy over the top.
