Instructions
Step 1
Put the tomatoes, the onion, the garlic, and all of the peppers on a flat pan on the stovetop.
Step 2
Cook over medium-high heat until charred.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and cool.
Step 4
Put the contents of the flat pan in the bowl of a food processor.
Step 5
Add the olive oil, cilantro, and lime juice and pulse until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
