Whipped Feta Spread
3 steps
Prep:5min
If you know me, then you know that I'm a sucker for Mediterranean dishes. This dip is just that, perfectly cheesy, zesty, and creamy. It's basically hummus with a base of feta instead of chickpeas. The feta provides some whole food fats, the cottage cheese adds protein and additional creaminess, and the lemon and dill bring more delicious flavor. This dip is a perfect side to pita, raw veggies, or on top of a salad or wrap. Each serving is 2 tbsp (30 g)

Instructions
Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor, and blend until smooth

Step 2
Plain Greek yogurt can also be used in place of cottage cheese, but add 1/2 tsp (3 g) salt, since cottage cheese is salty and yogurt is not
Step 3
Any fat percentage of cottage cheese (or yogurt) will work here, but I've gone with nonfat
