Instructions
Step 1
Mix meat with egg to combine well
Step 2
Add other ingredients and mix well
Step 3
Use a small scoop to get uniform size and even cooking
Step 4
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
Step 5
Roll each one to get best consistency, keep separated on sheet
Step 6
Place on parchment lined tray and freeze. Cook from frozen. This allows a longer cooking time and a nice char on the surface.
Step 7
Cook in the air fryer or oven at 400°F until internal temperature reaches ~155°F.
Step 8
If you don't want to freeze first, place a rack on the backing tray prior to cooking for the best result of a crispy outer texture.
Step 9
At this point you can store some in the freezer in a zip lock or vacuum seal for future meals
Step 10
Serve with a parm sauce or clean tomato based sauce like Rao's
