Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400°. Spray pan with cooking oil and turn heat on medium-low, Cut green pepper into small pieces and add to pan. Cut onion into very small pieces and add to pan, sauté both until soft and onions begin to caramelize. In a large mixing bowl, add raw ground beef, egg, oats, and ~1/3 C ketchup (enough to mix with the other ingredients), mix all together and add pepper to taste. Add sautéed veggies to bowl and mix all ingredients together. Add mixture to loaf pan and coat with remaining ketchup. Cook at 400° for 45-60 minutes.
